Order Processing & Handling

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will process the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your pet products.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days via [Carrier Name(s) – e.g., USPS, UPS Ground]
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days via [Carrier Name(s) – e.g., UPS 2nd Day, FedEx Express]
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day via [Carrier Name(s) – e.g., UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Overnight]

Note: Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $50.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: $5.99 for orders under $50.
  • Expedited Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Overnight Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Note: Shipping fees exclude any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Standard shipping only; expedited and overnight shipping not available.
  • Rural & Remote Areas: Additional transit days may apply.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

We are working to expand our international shipping options in the future. Please check back for updates.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our Website and visiting the Order History section.


Delivery Issues

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier service disruptions (weather, holidays, peak seasons)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Customs clearance for international shipments

Please allow up to 3 additional business days for delayed shipments before contacting customer service.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please:

  1. Check tracking status to confirm delivery details.
  2. Contact carrier with your tracking number for first-level support.
  3. Reach out to Pet Play Toyz at support@petplaytoyz.in with:
  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged packaging/item (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.


Shipping Address Changes

To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate shipping information.

  • Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address before your order ships, contact us immediately at support@petplaytoyz.in.
  • After Shipment: Once your order ships, address changes must be handled through the carrier and may incur additional fees.

Multiple Packages

Large or multiple-item orders may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.


Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled without penalty if requested before shipment. Contact us at support@petplaytoyz.in with your order number.
  • After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Please follow our [Return Policy] to initiate a return once you receive the order.

COVID-19 or Force Majeure

  • Pandemic Delays: Shipping delays may occur due to health and safety regulations affecting carriers.
  • Force Majeure Events: We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest).

In such cases, we will notify you and provide updated shipping estimates.
